Payment Terms
When is payment due?
Payment is due upon completion of service. For new clients, payment may be required in advance. Regular clients may be extended credit terms.
What if service is unsuccessful?
If service cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, you will be charged for actual attempts made. We will provide documentation of all service attempts.
Attorney/Law Firm Accounts
Attorneys and law firms with regular service needs may apply for invoiced billing. Contact us to set up an account.
Rush Service
Rush and same-day service requires payment in advance or at time of document pickup. See our Fees page for rush service pricing.
